schlo room explorer out now!!

schlo room explorer is out now. It is a very short point-and-click game.

The original concept for a point-and-click game was the player could pick different things in the bedrooms to click on, but would pick three items they think the room owner liked the most and could unlock a picture or something if guessed correctly. I decided to make this really simple and linear instead, but I'm trying to not spend too much time to developing things that aren't story-heavy.

It would be nice to develop some more shorter and cuter games like this one...maybe someday.

I worked on this one from July to October, spent a lot of time programming it because of technical difficulties. I had all the buttons mapped out for all the rooms and saved over it with a blank file...I held out on releasing it for a few weeks, to shorten the gap between this and the project that will follow.

I'm excited about the project I will be working on next, but am taking a small break because of a different personal pursuit. It's a busy time.

I will probably wait on the release of my next project to update my website, which I still don't like doing.

I think the background for this game ended up really good-looking. That's about all I have to say for this right now.
